HSOC Tour - "A Day in the Corridor" - October
25, 2001
The fall tour was a huge success on Thursday,
October 25th! The weather was a bright, crisp
autumn day. Everyone was really excited about
the tour with lots of networking going on. We
had 13 guests giving a nice representation of
communities and positions in the corridor. The
bus was a cushy motor coach from 5-Star Limosine
of Eureka. Lunch was well-received, too. The picnic
lunch, served in boxes by Jubilee Promotions of
Fenton, provided an opportunity to relax in the
autumn splendor at the Shaw Nature Reserve.
Many thanks to Rich Peterson and Linda Chambers
for help with the invitation, Rich for designing
the logo stickers at the last minute, Marilyn
Leistner for the coffee and donuts at Rte 66 State
Park. John Bell for doing everything we ask and
Tamie Yegge, John Behrer, Diane Warhover, Kurt
Molitor, Wayne Winchester for the great tours.
